So, we hand down into the flavours of our Christmas sweets all the "artisanal knowledge" that is rispect for the tradition and passion for the good things. How tradition wants, our Sciuscelle are covered with "naspro", an icing made of cocoa, water and sugar, worked by hand, that wraps and soften the biscuit. In the same way, Mostaccioli are wrappen by a stronger shell that hides into a sweet and soft stuffing of quince jam. The "hot" cacao aroma and the scent of pisto, a mix of cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves, melt to the "sweet" honey perfume give to our Christmas holidays the past flavour. |
