Ciammelle Elenesi

Our Ciammelle are produced just with flour and eggs to obtain an elastic dough. The eggs give it a beautiful golden colour, but to make this biscuit rich is the “naspro”, a very aromatic covering made of water, sugar and lemon juice that dresses these delicious  little ring-shaped cakes with a white and fruit flavour shell.
